May ~ Jackdaw Tools Limited was purchased by Lloyd & Jones adding Willenhall and Telford to our Branch network – expanding our presence in the midlands.
Jackdaw was founded in 1964 and was still family run, a major player in the industrial supplies market in the midlands and especially knowlegable in a sales and repair of power tools.
September ~ Rishton Abrasive Products Limited was purchased by Lloyd & Jones. A family business based in Accrington specialising in abrasives.
In December the business is collapsed and re-located to our existing Accrington branch.
